From alpine ski chalets to sleek townhouses, beach houses and everything in between, we curate our portfolio very carefully, considering investment potential and also lifestyle appeal.The RoleAs we enter our next phase of growth, Athena Advisers is looking for an exceptional Head Digital Marketing to help us optimise digital marketing channels to drive property enquiries from new and existing clients. This is a key appointment for the business and you will be joining a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, results-orientated and creative team.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building and executing digital marketing strategies and will need to be able to demonstrate previous success at growing revenue using SEO, PPC, Display, Paid Social and CRO. Amplifying valuable, local, expert insights on property and investment - driven by the desire to live extraordinary lifestyles.High-Level GoalsWebsite: Drive qualified leads and conversions through website optimisation, user experience improvements, and content strategy. This could involve increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates (e.g., form submissions, property inquiries), and ensuring the website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive.Pay-per-click marketing: Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to generate high-quality leads through targeted PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media advertising. This involves managing budgets effectively, creating compelling ad copy, and ensuring PPC campaigns reach the right audience for the company's properties.Digital team management: Lead a high-performing digital marketing team that effectively executes the overall strategy. This involves motivating and inspiring your team, fostering collaboration, and ensuring team members have the resources and skills to achieve their goals.Sales team collaboration: Align digital marketing efforts with the sales team to drive lead generation and sales growth. This involves open communication with sales, understanding their needs, and ensuring marketing generates leads that are ready for sales follow-up.Example ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives in the real estate market.Oversee all aspects of the company's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, online listings, and marketing automation efforts.Manage a team of digital marketing professionals (e.g., Digital Marketing Managers, Content Creators, SEO Specialists) and delegate tasks effectively.Develop and maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all digital channels.Set performance goals, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI (Return on Investment).Identify and implement cutting-edge digital marketing technologies and strategies to stay ahead of the competition in the real estate industry.Analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and marketing campaign data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with other departments.Lead the creation of high-quality and engaging content (written, visual, and video) that showcases properties, highlights company expertise, and attracts potential buyers or renters.Oversee SEO efforts to improve the company's website ranking for relevant real estate keywords.Oversee Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to generate qualified leads and drive traffic to the website.Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies specific to the real estate sector.Lead and participate in industry events and conferences to network and identify new marketing strategies and best practices.What we are looking for4+ years extensive experience in digital marketing leadership (within the real estate industry recommended)Proven track record of success in developing and implementing high-impact digital marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate with and motivate a team.Experience with project management methodologies.
