Your Role:
The Head of Digital Marketing at
SUSHI
SAMBA Group will support the marketing department and work closely with the VP of Brand and Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts, spearheading the development, implementation, and management of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The primary objectives include enhancing our brands online presence, driving traffic to our websites and digital platforms, overseeing e-commerce activities, and generating leads to increase bookings and revenue. By extending customer-perceived value beyond our products and services, the Head of Digital Marketing will create new opportunities to gain a competitive advantage, inspire customer loyalty, boost sales, and drive growth through exceptional digital experiences.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement across all digital and social media channels.
Manage the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company websites to ensure great user-experience, functionality, and SEO effectiveness.
Implement strategies to improve website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and social media ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
Analyse key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Lead to develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
Work closely with web developers and designers to continuously enhance brand websites performance and user experience.
Manage relationships with external digital marketing vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring alignment with our brand standards and objectives.
Develop and maintain digital marketing budgets, forecasting expenditures, and results, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve campaign objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison for all Digital Marketing needs, fostering strong relationships with functional leads and digital partners.
Create monthly reports on aggregated insights to support digital marketing storytelling and inform strategic decision-making.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the competitiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Your Qualifications
A degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field of study
7+ years of digital experience with a proven track record of building online capability and innovating in pre-existing businesses with established marketing channels.
Management experience in developing successful digital marketing strategies, with a focus on web optimization, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
Experience in implementing a growth plan to drive change and opportunities for collaboration within an organization.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics, with proficiency in SEO, SEM, CRM, Google Analytics 4, social media management platforms, and digital advertising platforms (such as PPC). Knowledge of eCommerce is a plus.
Experience in managing external digital agencies, web developers and other vendor partners.
