Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Development to lead their talented team of developers. As the Head of Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 12 developers, including frontend developers, backend PHP developers, and QA testers.
Oversee the development process from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments, such as design and project management, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Act as a technical advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on project requirements and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior development role, with a strong background in web development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
In-depth knowledge of frontend and backend development technologies, including but not limited to VueJs, JavaScript, Laravel, Symfony, Azure, AWS.
Experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality software iteratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
