As the Head of Footwear Development and Engineering, you are making an impact from day one to manage footwear product development and engineering with our manufacturing partners for the next level of On's products.Your Mission- Lead footwear engineering functions such as tooling, laboratory, compound and digital creation- Develop guidelines for pattern and last engineering- Lead process standardization in development and commercialization- Lead the application and improvement for the PLM system- Work with Innovation and Emerging Concept teams to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production- Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity and quality and drive initiatives that set On apart from all other brandsYour Story- 10 years' experience in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality- Highly attentive to detail, function and quality- Fluent in EnglishMeet The TeamYou belong to the Footwear sourcing team, with close collaborations with different functions, including Footwear creation, operations, material, sustainability and costing teams.
