Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Head of Design - Portsmouth area - circa £80,000Are you an experience design engineer with excellent people skills used to bringing the best out of your team?Do you want to work for a thriving market leader with cutting edge products?An exciting opportunity for a Head of Design has arisen for a specialist manufacturer based on the outskirts of Portsmouth. You will lead a skilled design team with the help of two team leaders overseeing fifteen talented design engineers. This is a great time to be joining this company as they continue their growth producing an expanding catalogue or products for use in the marine industry.
