Head of Design (Event industry experience required) Remote, UK80K + 20% bonusThe RoleMy client is shaping the future of work. They are in both the United States and Europe, connecting with the biggest leaders worldwide in the HR/business space. They need a hands-on Head of Design to work on live events and various digital touchpoints throughout the business. They need somebody with a keen eye for multi-media production.The Required SkillsTake responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of design output across all teams.Establish a style and brand guide and ensure it is adhered to across the business. Manage freelance design staff and work with external design agencies as required.
