Battalion is looking for a talented designer to head our design output for our clients across Europe and beyond.The JobYou will lead branding, web and mobile UX/UI projects from concept to delivery. To deliver and encourage stunning brand and digital concepts to meet client briefs and expectations. To stay current with industry trends - Continued understanding of design, typography, digital standards and strategy.Supporting junior designers Forging and executing exciting design and creative ideas Collaborating across the agency to drive up standards of creativityWhat you offer -5 years + of agency experience and 2 years + of experience leading a design team Strong portfolio, including branding, web design and digital product design Experience creating design systems and working with component-based web design Good client-facing communication and presentation skills Is an enthusiastic team member who is passionate about creating outstanding work Has a growth mindset – you are keen to develop and grow with the company Stands for inclusivity and actively contributes to a positive working environment Has a genuine passion for brands and technology with social impact at the heart of it Has a can-do attitude; you aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and jump in where required Experience working with Figma Motion and 3D experience Ability to collaborate closely with our in-house web development teamWhat we offerFlexible work hours.
