You'll oversee data integration within LBG, establish standards, take charge of data products, and launch new data-driven market solutions.If you like to use data to solve problems, rewire the business from a zero-base to deliver a step change in performance, and to work with a highly data literate team, this is the place to be. Come help us stay ahead.Responsible for the development of the Group's Data & Analytics strategy, shaping and embedding operating models, influencing and managing key stakeholders and driving strategic planning across the Divisional Data Offices across the Group.Key responsibilities:Responsible for shaping and executing our agenda and roadmap to prepare our business for the next generation of cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics capabilities.Can guide us on the transition from batch data to streaming data, enabling us to make more informed, granular decisions through automated account treatment and alerting systems.You'll be an integral part of our Cards leadership team, bringing your expertise in data to the table while driving business outcomes of significant commercial worth.Your role will involve federating data across the business, building robust data analytics capabilities, and setting high standards for data excellence throughout our Cards division.Take ownership of data products, deploying investment funding to realise business outcomes and introducing new data consumption products to the market.Stay ahead of the curve, bringing insights and innovations from outside LBG to our Cards business.
