Head of Data Governance (SVP)
£120,000 - £180,000 + bonus c20%, 25 days holiday + contributory pension
Hong Kong (relocation is required)
SPECIAL NOTE- I AM SPECIFICALLY LOOKING FOR UK BASED CANDIDATES WHO ARE HAPPY TO FULLY RELOCATE TO HONG KONG.
Relocation package is provided which includes; all visas paid for, flights, a shipping container for possessions and 1 month's accommodation paid for whilst you get settled.
I am working with one of our key financial services clients based in Hong Kong who are looking for an experienced Head of Data Governance, who will join them in a newly created role.
The Head of Data Governance will be a direct report of the Chief Data Officer and will be part of their senior leadership team, operating as a senior individual contributor. Your key responsibility will be the creation of the data governance strategy, to support and drive its implementation within the organisation, and lead transformation activities to ensure full adoption amongst the business through strong change management.
The role:
Formulate data governance strategy and implement into the business.
Create a new Data Governance Council and manage it.
Educate stakeholders on data governance best practice and ensure it is followed.
Create process for data risks and controls.
Create process for monitoring and improving data quality.
