They are looking for a Head of Data Engineering to lead their Data & MLOps initiatives and drive the development of AI-driven solutions in the healthcare space. This pivotal role will be integral to their Tech Team, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. As a rapidly growing company, there is ample opportunity for professional growth and development in this role.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead the scaling and expansion of their AI-driven product features
Architect and oversee the implementation of their MLOps infrastructure, managing data collection, processing, and quality assurance to facilitate continuous learning of their models
Advocate for the strategic integration of Data and ML within the leadership team
Collaborate closely with their Operations team to execute their data scaling strategy
Design, deploy, and manage ML algorithms to drive innovation in healthcare
Lead the development of advanced computer vision features for medical imaging and analysis
Some of the following would be beneficial:
5+ years of experience developing AI-based products
Experience of developing using Computer Vision
3+ years of experience implementing and/or architecting MLOps solutions
Python (NumPy, PyTorch, Pandas, etc.)
Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a team of 4+ individuals
Experience of working within a start-up would be beneficial but not an essential
Package:
Salary of up to £100,000
Strong share options package - up to £60,000
Hybrid working 2-days per week in office
25-days annual leave
