Job Description:
We are seeking a Head of Cyber Security to lead and develop the Security Strategy and manage operational security. As a Head of Cyber Security, y our role involves protecting assets both from internal and external threats, implementing agile security measures, and implementing a culture of security awareness on every level.
You will ensure the organisation of all regulatory obligations and frameworks now and in the future, such as DORA.
Head of Cyber Security responsibilities:
Design and develop Operational and Systems, Networks Best Practice.
Achieve and maintain a balanced Cyber Posture.
Spearheading threat management and response processes.
Assessing and reporting on internal compliance with cyber security standards.
Developing cyber incident response plans, managing complex incidents, and handling escalations in the cyber security domain.
Defining security policies, procedures, and controls.
Improving security processes
Managing projects and recommendations based on cyber security policy, strategic direction, and best practices.
Providing advisory services on cyber and data privacy.
Formulating and driving the Security Strategy and roadmap
Managing external parties for services and audits.
In order to succeed, the Head of Cyber Security will need :
Previous experience as the Head of Cyber Security
Experience of managing operational security activities.
A solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as maintaining certifications in Cyber
Excellent communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management
