Head of Cyber - UK, US and/or EU.If you’re at the stage of your career where you’re looking to build something for yourself and make your mark, then please read on. We’re currently supporting one of Manchester’s fastest growing recruitment businesses, in their search for a Head of Cyber.Plans & Responsibilities:You’d take responsibility for growing the Cyber division, with budget and a remit to grow your team to a division.Leveraging the businesses existing client base and demand across all verticals, you’ll start to build out the business function.Taking a quality-focussed approach, you’d be expected to lead from the front and set the standard for team performance.Leadership & Strategy:You’d work with the Senior Management, forming business strategy for your desk and team; managing the P&L and identifying areas for market growth. They are open on how this division should work & function – it’s your baby and you’ll make the strategic decisions.The Company: Environment - Anti-corporate, dress down, laid-back, founder-led, 35 + heads, close-knit, culture is king, exposed brick, pool table, bar, break out areas. Market - Super strong market rep, focus on the product (the candidate) and let the rest follow, mix of ex-industry people & home-grown recruiters, cash rich, have their finger on the pulse of their industry, market leaders in Manchester. You:You’ll need Cyber recruitment experience and be currently at Principal, Head of, Team Lead or Manager level. Someone who’s mentored a few staff; but has the personality traits and underlying motivation to be a manager.Someone who has experience growing and running big teams, managing P&L’s, conducting one-on-one’s & performance appraisals, and all the other fun (and not fun) stuff that comes with management.Or someone who’s in-between those two stages. Ultimately, we're looking for the right person first and foremost.Package:Package up to £65k (depending on experience) Up to 40% commission5% team overridesEquity shares Performance based equity worth +6 figures
