We would love to hear from you!We're seeking a results-driven Head of Customer Acquisition to implement, lead and deliver our paid growth strategy for Absolute-Snow. You should be a strategic thinker, an exceptional collaborator, and have a solid track record of driving sales growth by attracting new customers. In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of our paid search, paid social, digital campaigns, and affiliate marketing programs. Your mission is to craft and execute innovative strategies that drive customer acquisition across our domestic Absolute-Snow.co.uk and International Absolute-Snow.com domains.If you're up for the challenge, then we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with our ambitious goals. Including:Google & Bing Paid Search (brand and generic)Paid Shopping and Performance MaxPaid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)Display Prospecting & RetargetingYouTube OptimizationAffiliate Program ManagementSet, track, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the leadership team to shape both short and long-term business plans.Collaborate with other department heads to achieve company-wide objectives.Proactively identify new customer segments and market opportunities.Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all channels.Own and manage paid media budgets to achieve target KPIs and ROAS.Develop and implement a rigorous testing framework.Proactively contribute to weekly and monthly strategy sessions.About YouProven success in driving sales growth through customer acquisition strategies.5+ years of hands-on experience building and executing paid media campaigns for an e-commerce retailer.Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, and comfort with large datasets.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a high degree of autonomy.In-depth knowledge of feed management, Google tag manager, and affiliate marketing.Why Join UsPlay a crucial role in the expansion of a leading mountain retailer.Shape our customer acquisition strategy and drive tangible results.Work in a dynamic, passionate team environment.Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package.
