Our talented, friendly team of 50 are headquartered in Greater Manchester with colleagues across the UK and Europe.Highlights -High growth business (500% growth over 3 years)Winner of multiple awards including Sunday Times 100 and ASOS Beauty Awards5* rating from 10,000+ reviews across TrustPilot and Reviews.ioOne of the UK’s biggest Health & Beauty websites (SimilarWeb traffic rank)Entrepreneurial team with a track record of growing businessesTHE ROLEWe’re looking for a commercially minded, data-driven and hands-on CRM Manager to take ownership of our multi-channel CRM strategy in order toimprove customer engagement, retention and to deliver stronger LTV.Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll help us to create amazing customer experiences from customer acquisition to retention and reactivation, which will enable us to improve customer loyalty and repeat purchase.Managing a small team of CRM Executives, you will work closely with our wider marketing teams to enhance the contribution from our owned media channels and improve retention metrics.You’ll define the multi-channel CRM campaign strategy in line with overall business objectives, setting standards and delivering on KPIs with the key focus of increasing revenue from owned media channels by growing repeat purchase, AOV and LTV.Plan, build, execute and optimise strategies for lifecycle, transactional, triggered, and promotional campaigns deployed across different channels (including email, app, SMS, WhatsApp, DM etc).You’ll own the marketing calendar, including BAU and promotional campaigns.Use the customer base and insights to target customer segments with specific messages and campaigns.Execute A/B and multivariate tests to help improve campaign performance.Oversee the delivery of creative and content through internal/external providers.Collaborate with other areas of the business including Brand, Paid Marketing and Partnerships.Contribute regularly to sales meetings to update on the performance of campaigns within CRM channels.ABOUT YOUDemonstrated success as a multi-channel CRM Manager within an Ecommerce environment.Commercially minded with the ability to think with creative flair.A data driven, analytical and results oriented mindset.
