Head of CRM & Loyalty£55,000k plus excellent benefitsFull time permanentLocation: Newcastle - North EastSector :- Ecommerce / Marketing / salesImmediate hireOur client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a new Head of CRM & Loyalty Marketing role.You will work closely with busienss Directors and will deliver CRM projects that will drive loyalty and spend from the existing customer base.Key Areas:-

* Experience of integrated multi-channel digital communications strategies
* Maximising commercial opportunities & cost reductions
* Experience in a brand / ecommerce environment B2B & B2CJob Responsibilities
* Reviewing the customer loyalty scheme and update it to drive demonstrable value to the business and all customer segments
* Working with the loyalty and CRM partner you will manage customer journeys to create, maintain and grow customer database
* management and ongoing reporting and optimisation of key lifecycle journeys, include onboarding and lapsing journeys as well as upsell, cross sell and reordering
* Customer segmentation - Leading the communications strategy
* Promotional Strategy - Managing our mix of site-wide sales
* Customer Rewards Programme & Marketing lifecycles
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to maximise the outcomes of the performance channels.
* Manage & develop data- insights and have the experience of managing a sizeable media budgets / marketing plans
* Achieve all agreed client KPI's targets and all financial targets agreed for the nominated accounts.
* The Account Manager has a responsibility at all times to identify, develop and deliver added value and innovation from the accounts that they manage
* Manage the client review process for the nominated client.
