As a Senior Leader within the Credit Risk function, you will play a key role in shaping regulatory responsibilities under the Senior Management Regime. This position demands strategic thinking, effective communication in a matrix environment, and the ability to implement control frameworks to support business expansion. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will spearhead the analysis of risks, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the key drivers of credit risk within the Energy portfolio. With a focus on regulatory compliance, the Head of Credit Risk will engage with external firms, industry forums, and regulators to inform credit risk strategies. Proven negotiation and influencing skills are crucial, with a track record of leadership in implementing material change initiatives. Monitoring portfolio trends and proposing remedial actions for adverse developments are integral responsibilities, making this role an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional in credit risk management.
