The role:
In this role you will lead a senior team to develop and deliver the businesses over all creative strategy. You will be hands on in delivering a strategy developed by senior business leaders and add your creative flare to all elements of the brand to deliver a category leading brand.
Key requirements:
Lead the creative team to come up with creative and innovative ideas in line with the brand and make a real impact.
Make sure the brand's style stays consistent across all aspects of branding, especially online.
Support the creative and design team do their best work, giving them feedback and tips.
Work with other teams to brainstorm and make sure the brand reaches its goals.
Keep an eye on what's hot online (like Meta, Google, and TikTok) and lead on out how to tell the businesses story there.
Make the creative process smoother and more efficient so that campaigns are delivered on time and in budget.
Work closely with outside partners to make sure projects run smoothly.
Work with external stakeholders and report on findings and campaigns
Keep the team motivated and growing by setting clear goals and helping them learn and develop
Encourage the team to think big and push the limits of what they can do creatively
Candidate criteria:
Strong creative background and flare/vision
Excellent proven experience in a similar role at a similar level
Experience leading a creative team
Previous experience in Adobe Suite and other design software
Strong communication skills and strong personality with the ability to roll your sleeves up and deliver
Previous experience in managing budgets
Proven track record of delivering brand measurement uplift
Experience working within a fast-paced, retail environment
