Head of Corporate Affairs Brand and Partnership Band B Hiring Manager – Deb Darlington The Co-operative Bank is looking for a talented and experienced Head of Corporate Affairs Brand & Partnership to join our inclusive and collaborative team on a remote-working basis. This full-time role offers an attractive salary and benefits package. As Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, you will direct the effective management and enhancement of the company's brand and corporate image. You will also lead a multidisciplinary team to create an integrated brand and external communications strategy, including brand positioning and communications, public relations, media relations and corporate partnerships. To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Direct the delivery of external communication and PR activity, ensuring the Bank's reputation is maintained and enhanced through strategic external communications, media relations, public affairs and proactive/reactive PR Lead the development and delivery of all of significant corporate announcements (including Financial Results and RNS announcements) and crisis communications Support and strengthen the Bank’s corporate relationships with key stakeholders.

Experience in external communication and PR activity Expertise in strategic external communications, media relations, public affairs and proactive/reactive PR Experience in a similar role, including the development of a differentiated brand strategy and the implementation and implementation of a brand and communications programme.
