About the company:
A fast-growing group of companies within the property sector is seeking a Head of Conveyancing (In-House Residential Property Lawyer) to join their organisation. The organisation is a leader in the home purchasing space and offers a truly unique way of selling your home.
About the role:
Reporting into the Head of Acquisitions, you will be responsible for managing the progress of a large volume of conveyancing transactions as leader of the conveyancing and sales progression team.
Key responsibilities will include responsibility for hands‐on managing the whole conveyancing process including running the day‐to‐day purchase and sales progression both internally and with the external panel of conveyancing solicitors. You will ensure that the large volume of transactions are continually running smoothly and are proceeding efficiently. You will also ensure workloads are prioritised with commercial consideration.
About you:
The successful candidate will have at least 10 PQE. You will have significant residential property or conveyancing experience. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute and who thrives in a fast paced, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
