We are a fast-paced, dynamic marketing and media group employing 90 staff, providing innovative marketing solutions for our clients that includes SME’s and Blue-Chip corporations in the UK and across Europe. As our new Head of Content and Social, you’ll lead our team into our next phase of growth.
About You
The Head of Content and Social is responsible for managing production, people and a variety of client social media accounts across a broad spectrum of social media channels from Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, You Tube and TikTok through our flagship service, Content Growth. As Head of Content and Social, you’ll own this process, identify and improve weak spots, ensuring Growth remains the best-in-class solution for all our clients. We want to ensure every piece of content we produce is perfect and that each piece is better than the last – whilst being on-time and on-budget across everything.
Summary of skills and experience
Experience as a Head of Content and Social or similar Marketing Leadership position.
Significant experience in content and social marketing, including time leading a team, and time in content production and client work. You will be the ultimate point of escalation for both team members who need help, and clients who need problems solved.
Fantastic Communication skills so frequent and clear written communication is essential.
High level of self awareness.
Proven organisational and problem-solving skills: Content growth is a complex production process, and it’ll get more complex as we scale. You’ll need to be up to speed with the day to day content and social media work, alongside the leadership and management requirements of the role.
Ability to create engaging and lead generation focused social media strategies for clients whose target audience will vary from B2C and B2B customer bases.
Brand management – internal graphics, literature, merchandise.
Suited to an individual who is self-motivated, keen to learn and can keep up in a busy environment – whilst working alongside a professional team and working towards deadlines.
Strong understanding of SEO Content production, going beyond writing. You understand what research and effort is needed for great rankings, and have had experience with difference social media tools, pay per click social media campaigns which have given results.

31 days holiday rising to 36 days (incl bank holidays)
Hours: Mon to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (early finish Fridays)
