We're seeking an accomplished Head of Consultant Engagement to drive our commitment to strengthening partnerships with esteemed consultants.This role offers a unique opportunity for a seasoned business and relationship development expert to join an organisation dedicated to enhancing collaborative relationships with current and future consultants.
The Role:
As the Head of Consultant Engagement, you'll lead a dynamic business development team focused on optimising our consultant engagements. Your primary mission will be to cultivate robust relationships with specialist consultants, strategically aligning their motivations with the hospital's objectives. Through innovative strategies and enticing packages, you'll incentivise consultants to increase their hours at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster relationships with current specialist doctors and consultants.
Develop a nuanced understanding of consultant packages and industry standards.
Analyse market dynamics and competitor offerings to maintain competitive advantage.
Design creative incentives and benefits to attract consultants and enhance involvement.
Collaborate closely with hospital leadership to align consultant engagement strategies with goals.
Serve as a liaison between consultants and hospital administration to address concerns.
You'll also lead a business development team focused on expanding and managing GP referrals.
