They have been adopted by millions of users worldwide and whilst we’re proud of what we’ve achieved so far, we have ambitious plans for growth.Due to incredible success, we’re now recruiting for a Head of Community who can build and nurture a vibrant and engaged community around our brand.The Role:The is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has proven experience at managing large communities, ideally created around a digital product suite. The ideal candidate will successfully lead the Affinity community team with the aim of turning users into loyal community members and advocates of the Affinity brand. With this in mind, we are looking for an individual who has experience at running global and localised campaigns and has exposure to growing large online communities. Responsibilities Manage the Community Team to support, engage and delight the Affinity Community
Lead the line on the community growth, engagement and retention strategy
Maximise the engagement of our community by using data to inform the content plans and campaigns
Ensue that all creative content campaigns are measurable against our key results and able to achieve our objectives
Collaborate with the other teams to contribute towards community communications such as AMA sessions
Work with the creative, digital, customer service and product experts to ensure we have a consistent, data driven tone of voice across all channels and communications Requirements Proven experience at managing large communities, ideally centred around a digital product suite such as games or software
Experience of growing large online communities and running global and localised campaigns
Multi-lingual experience preferred
Creative industry experience would be a significant advantage
Excellent mentor and coach to people
Proactive self-starter able to work under tight deadlines
Data driven and analytical approach to budgets, targeting and segmentation
Creative development of acquisition tactics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative and team orientated
Objective driven, focused, purposeful and deliberate
