About the role
We’re looking for a Head of Community to work on growth, customer success and communication strategies to drive retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our target customers and be able to build relationships with them through multiple channels. You will work closely with the product and engineering team. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute community engagement strategies to drive growthBuild relationships with customers and community members through online channels, including social media, email, customer support chat, calls etc. Manage internal and external communications strategiesPrioritize and identify customer needs and develop solutionsSupport new product launches with marketingSkills and experience3+ years of experience in community management, customer success or marketingExperience with SaaS businessesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with tools including Discord, Intercom, Contentful, Hubspots, Notion and social media management tools (preferred)Comfortable working in a startup environmentJoin a pioneering startup in the exciting world of web3Work alongside an exceptional team Support a creative community of artists, brands and businesses Stock optionsBright workspace in Mayfair, London with good transport links £35,000 - £45,000 a year
