Salary:£31,549 - £34,871 (starting at £31,549 with the potential to progress based on annually reviewed performance)Reports to:Office and Administration ManagerPlace of work:Imperial Health Charity, 11th Floor, 5 Merchant Square, London, W2 1AY**Due to the nature and responsibilities of this role, the post holder will be required to work from our head office in Merchant Square five days per week..About the role:Thank you for your interest in working with us. We are looking for an organised, proactive andfriendly Office Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting time to join our charity as we haverecently relocated our head office, where we will establish working practices suited to ournew environment and further enhance our positive workplace culture.With our staff based in multiple locations, including our head office and three smaller hospital-based offices across north west London, you will sit at the heart of the charity and deliver professional support to all. In this busy, varied and versatile role, you will enable the seamless running of our head office. No two days will be the same, so problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach will be key to success. You will ensure our staff are fully and reliably supported from an office and facilities perspective.As first point of contact at our head office, you will come into daily contact with staff, visitors and the building management team, ensuring timely assistance with office facilities and services. You will work closely with the Office and Administration Manager and be expected to assist with the maintenance of an organised file structure for office and health and safety records, and occasionally you will deputise for the Office and Administration Manager and be expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
