Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Commercial to join our established and successful Tendering Centre.
Reporting directly into the Commercial Director , you will be responsible managing the Commercial Centre across Kingdom Group
Where: Kindgom House Newton le Willows, Merseyside.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP
Salary: £55,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00.

What we need from you:
Experience
Proven experience as a commercial manager, finance analyst manager, or a similar analytical / management role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Understanding of general business practices.
• Good team management.
• Used an accounting package previously, Sage Intacct a distinct advantage.
Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)

What the Role is:
Your role will be crucial in managing the Commercial Centre across Kingdom Group. This will involve analysing and managing financial and commercial data, generating insights, and providing valuable recommendations to support strategic decision-making within the organisation. You will be responsible for organising and analysing profit and loss financial data – this maybe from various sources, identifying trends, and communicating your findings to stakeholders. This will be Group wide, company specific and site specific. You will lead and manage the Commercial Centre and collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, finance and purchasing, to provide insight.
Examples shown are priority responsibilities but not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties:
Review profit and loss accounts and communicate commercial data analysis findings to stakeholders, including senior management of the Kingdom businesses.
• Manage a team that has differing commercial strengths.
• Support ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations when required.
• Ensure the team complete reconciliations of invoices to expected revenue and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Check that any exceptional purchasing or payroll costs are recharged to customers.
• Monitor and track profitability across Kingdom Group.
• Ensure a One Way of Working culture is adopted across Kingdom Group.
