We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operator. This is incredibly exciting business are looking to grow exponentially over the next 12-18 months. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience and the revenue within a new sites in East London. This is a leisure job not to be missed. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operator. This is incredibly exciting business are looking to grow exponentially over the next 12-18 months. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of the guest experience and the revenue within a new sites in East London. This is a leisure job not to be missed.The roleIn this role you will have overall responsibility of the running of the revenue streams of the business. You will be responsible for driving the experience of the guests and will increase brand recognition in the local areas and grow group and exclusive hire bookings, site occupancy and yield across the estate.Overall responsibility of driving the member experienceGrow engagement and impact in local communitiesTo focus on local sales and secondary revenue processes of the sites whilst promoting the highest levels of customer service and team engagement.Track performance of campaigns and share this data with the wider team with a focus on continual improvementCreate revenue targets for the sitesTake responsibility for prospecting new businessBuild, nurture and develop our partnerships database utilising new business opportunities, previous contacts and appropriate agenciesWork with the Marketing team to generate ideas for new campaigns and a calendar of events and activities.Who are we looking for?We are looking to speak to senior leaders in the leisure industry.
