TSR Legal are currently representing one of the most well-regarded regional firms in the United Kingdom, who are currently looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Litigation/Partner in Bristol. With offices across the United Kingdom, our clients Litigation team spans throughout its 8 offices. Our client is currently going through a period of growth across its regional offices and have recently made some high profile, senior hires across several departments in Bristol, growing year on year.
The firm are currently undertaking a broad range of Commercial Litigation matters which range from commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, IP litigation, professional negligence, and contractual disputes.
To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate that is either a Partner currently or looking for a step up from Senior Associate or Legal Director. The role would suit an individual with at least 7 years post qualification experience, excellent drafting skills, willingness to develop and teach more junior members of the team, experience of working within a litigation team covering a range of matters.
