We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to join us on an exciting growth journey at RICH Performance Digital, part of Audience Collective.As the Head of Client Service, you'll find yourself at the heart of our dynamic and expanding team, combining the agility of a startup with the support and enterprise level capabilities of a full-scale marketing service group.In this role, you'll take the lead in nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring we deliver top-notch service standards. Working closely with the Head of SEO and Head of Biddable, you'll also oversee our largest headline accounts.This unique opportunity needs an individual with a true passion for new business. The Head of Client Service will work closely with Audience Collectives sales and marketing team on the overall value chain and converting opportunities. Pitching will be something you know and love and you can motivate and coordinate teams to give what is required to win. experience in a client service role within a digital marketing agency. In-depth
knowledge of SEO, PPC, Dig PR, Social, and programmatic channels.CRO and affiliate experience is preferable
Strong track
record in client retention, growth, and new business acquisition & pitching. Excellent
communication and presentation skills. Ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior
experience within a marketing services group is preferable.
