This role can be based out of either our Shepherd's Bush office in London or Witney office in Oxfordshire - however we offer a hybrid approach of working with a mixture of home-working and office-working.
The role is open to part-time applications (minimum 4 days per week).

The role
As Head of Client Acquisition, you are responsible for leading the effective marketing strategy & execution in all performance acquisition channels across search, social, and display advertising as well as through trade channels in both source markets, with specific strategies to be identified for both new client acquisition and Repeat client acquisition.
You will be called upon to lead or consult in the scoping, design & delivery of strategic business projects that explore growth opportunities, enhance the performance of the business, or add long-term value to the company.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
As part of the Marketing Leadership team, you will own the metrics of MCOS, Enquiry delivery in both scale and quality for the channels that you have in your portfolio
Work collaboratively within the Marketing Leadership team to define and implement a global marketing strategy that delivers on the company’s growth and efficiency targets.
Work closely with the Marketing Leadership team to formulate targets, strategies for marketing channels, functions and campaigns, and allocate departmental budgetary allocations.
Deliver insight on marketing performance that drives accurate understanding of marketing performance and enables decisions amongst the Marketing Leadership team.
Work across the marketing department delivering performance oversight that supports the exploration, formulation, planning and implementation of growth and efficiency initiatives.
Lead marketing’s operational planning processes ensuring alignment of plans across the department and business, clear deliverables and priorities and driving plan owner accountability.
Client Acquisition Leadership
Provide leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring and support to the client acquisition team. Lead the team ensuring alignment of strategies with core business objectives.
Provide strategic & developmental management of direct reports, assisting in the execution of their functions.
Work with direct reports to develop & implement channel visions & strategies aligning with business objectives.
Identify & manage stakeholders effectively with regular communication on direction & performance.
Marketing Data & Technology Strategy
Partner with the Tech & Data team as marketing lead for marketing data architecture and marketing technology projects.
Design and agree a marketing tech and data roadmap that delivers on our strategic objectives, enables our growth, drives our performance and develops our marketing & measurement capabilities.
