Hardware Telephony & SaaS Communications
£75,000-£85,000 base, £35,000 bonus, £6,000 car allowance
Location: Milton Keynes/ Hybrid/ Remote
A leading software vendor specializing in PBX, VoIP, cloud telephony and contact centre solutions are recruiting a Head of Channel Sales. They empower businesses with advanced, reliable, and scalable communication solutions that transform customer engagement to drive growth.
Managing a team of 3 Channel Account Managers, you will be pivotal at defining, leading and executing their channel sales strategy and wider customer engagement.
you'll do this by:-
Building and nurturing a reliable channel sales pipeline
Developing and implementing a channel strategy
Improving sales productivity
Supporting and coaching your sales team
Developing strong channel sales partnerships
Head of Channel Sales
As an experienced channel sales individual, you will have strong knowledge of managing and growing channel partners ( Distributors and Resellers/VARs). in particular knowledge of IP Telephony/ SaaS Communications/ VOIP
You'll also have experience managing a successful external channel sales team.
You'll be commercially and results driven and be able to manage revenue operations.
Coaching and mentoring come naturally to you and you will not be afraid to lead from the front, getting out in front of customers.
