The Role
DigitalXRAID is looking for an experienced, driven, and strategic Head of Channel Management to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take the lead in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, setting strategic channel direction, driving channel revenue and performance, and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve our company's sales objectives.
Build and manage a high-performing team of channel sales professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
Define, track, and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner and customer success.
Assist in the development of our company's overall sales and marketing strategy.
Coordinate with various teams to address partner needs and improve tools, processes, and methodologies.
Forecast, track, and report on channel sales performance and key success metrics.
Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings.
Key KPIs:
Achievement of channel sales revenue targets.
Partner recruitment and development (number of active partners, partner satisfaction, etc.)
Number of new customer acquisitions through channel partners.
Growth in channel partner-driven revenue.
Team performance and development.
Implementation and effectiveness of channel strategy.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA would be a plus.
Proven experience in a senior channel sales management role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
Excellent knowledge of partner management software and CRM systems.
Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and the partner ecosystem.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills.
Proven sales track record in meeting sales targets.
