This East Midlands based Housing Association are looking to hire for a Head of Change Management to introduce a dedicated change strategy and function across their business.
You would set the foundations for change and then oversee the successful delivery of changes, improvement activities and projects. This is a brand-new autonomous role with a broad remit impacting all areas of the group.
The role has got backing at an executive level as this Housing Association looks to put transformation at the heart of all they do, so this is a great opportunity to make a real impact and drive meaningful change.
As Head of Change Management, you will work with senior stakeholders to really look at the wider change initiative, and you will design, govern, and lead the structure around change strategy that allows each part of the org to evolve. You will work with stakeholders across all levels of the business to gather business requirements and translate those into workable solutions for change.
Some of the key early projects that you will be involved in are the digital transition of the tenant portal, repairs management system, and data warehousing strategy. You will be able to assess the ‘as-is’ state of all these areas and support the process mapping for ‘future-state’ with technical teams.
You will have a proven change management background and you will be able to elicit and extract business requirements and play that back using project management tools and will be able to get the best out of people in person and remotely.
You would be a great fit as Head of Change Management if you have:
The ability to work across all levels of a business to drive genuine business change.
Prior experience of designing and leading change project initiatives.
Housing sector experience ideally. If not housing, then you will have worked in a sector where you have worked with a customer focus and understand people and asset data as system inputs (as you will be working on change strategy for new systems for tenant management and repairs management)
This role is hybrid with one day a week at their office in Lincolnshire. This can drop to a lot more remote if needed after a few months with the business.
The salary on offer is £55,000 to £60,000 with some great benefits.
