Head of Capital

We have partnered with a leading Lloyd's syndicate to find them a Head of Capital. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the Capital function and drive profitability alongside senior management. The role is broad but includes:Developing a team with two direct reports and a model is currently in Remetrica (Not a prerequisite).Lead the preparation of the SCR for the Lloyd's capital submission.Work closely with Lloyd's and the PRA.Drive the development of the capital model with the team.Large input into strategic decision making through RI purchasing, business planning, Risk management etc.Deliver capital results to senior management and the board of directors.Liaise with the internal validation/risk teams.Work closely with Chief Actuary on exciting projects across the business.
