We are looking for a professional who shares our vision and ambition for the young people in the local community, aiming
to provide them with the education and skills necessary to achieve their dreams. Day to Day of the Role:
Lead the Business department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning for all students.Develop and implement an excitingBusinesscurriculum that inspires and motivates students.Promote a culture of positive behaviour and high aspirations within the department.Encourage student participation in a wide range of physical activities and sports.Monitor and support the progress and achievement of students within the department.Foster positive relationships and a collaborative environment among staff and students.Participate in and contribute to the school’s extensive after-school clubs programme.Receive and contribute to weekly coaching sessions and a personalised CPD programme. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status and experience teaching the UK Business curriculum.A passion for physical education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a successful Business department.A commitment to high-quality teaching and learning.The ability to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports high aspirations.Excellent organisational and communication skills.A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
