As the Head of Business, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring the company's overall business success. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives and overall company goals.
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Oversee the planning and execution of business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Act as a company representative, building and maintaining relationships with partners, investors, and customers.
Qualifications:
A good MBA or close to completing a MBA from a prestigious University.
Proven experience in a leadership role in a tech company, preferably within the food industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies.
