We are seeking to appoint an innovative and outstanding Teacher of Business to lead a successful and progressive department. You will be required to teach GCSE Business at KS4 and A Level Business at KS5 to the highest standard and to make a positive difference in Academy life.
We are looking for a passionate teacher who brings their subject to life to complement the existing Business team. A willingness to support the Academy ethos and support of extra-curricular activities within the Business department is essential. You will engage fully with the curriculum design and development process, particularly as the existing specifications are updated by exam boards and look for opportunities to develop the wider Business curriculum.
Attleborough Academy is a popular, 11 to 18 Academy which is continually developing to meet the demands of providing the highest quality education for all students. The Academy joined the Sapientia Education Trust (SET) in June 2020 which was an exciting and important development for the school. The SET are committed to bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to develop a world class education. This merger promises to bring multiple benefits in terms of teaching and learning and new opportunities for students and staff. Just before Easter 2023, we were pleased to announce that we achieved the World Class School Quality Mark which is a tribute to all in our community.
