We want to hire a dynamic, experienced, innovative specialist to lead business generation.
This is a new position for the organisation, reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will implement a comprehensive business development and marketing strategy aligned to OutForm’s strategic goals.
The role will include;
Business Generation
Leading and executing a Business Development Strategy and Bid process, that supports delivering the company’s overall strategy and growth goals. Identifying potential clients and growth areas Collaborating with the company’s business proposition and account leads to convert new prospects into sales opportunities, creating winning proposals Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their challenges and align the company's services. Generating and refining value propositions that guarantee high-quality proposals.
Market Research and Analysis
Staying abreast of industry trends, market analytics, and competitor activities Conduct market research and analyse data to identify emerging opportunities
Brand Building and Marketing
Being an ambassador for the company in the infrastructure and construction sector, securing profitable business, and enhancing our brand profile through industry events and conferences Developing strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and building rapport with senior stakeholders. Leading the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Reporting and monitoring of sales pipeline progress, management of the company CRM systems, driving action-oriented planning
You will have
Proven experience in applying best practice proposition development techniques. Passion for building lasting relationships and representing a trusted brand. Engaging leadership style with strong communication and relationship management skills. Understanding of consultancy and business transformation solutions in the infrastructure industry Outstanding presentation, proposition development, and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience leading business generation or marketing within the consulting industry, a related degree (or equivalent), and a proven background in developing and delivering successful business development strategies. Due to the high-profile nature of the role, exceptional written and oral communication is vital, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
