* £90,000 - £115,000 package approx. guide + excellent pension + 35 days holiday + healthcare package + EV car scheme (still TBC)

Your background:

* Automotive experience ; a senior commercial professional wanting to develop in the EV, hydrogen, fuel cell, autonomous vehicles space

* MUST have experience of winning business via complex bids in an automotive setting – this is NOT simple product sales.

* Within 1.5 hours of the West Midlands ; very good hybrid / work from home flexibility

* You are likely to be degree educated (it could be an engineering degree equally it could be a non-engineering degree).

* This is a leadership role but we are happy to look at senior BDM / Sales managers or automotive professionals who are looking to make that next step into a leadership and strategic commercially focused jobs role

This Head of Business Development / Head of Sales jobs role jobs role has lots of hybrid / work from home flexibility. When working in the office it is commutable from Warwick, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby Northampton, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Solihull, Ashby de la Zouch, Loughborough, Burton on Trent, Market Harborough.
