The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, fostering client relationships, and spearheading growth strategies in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the deliverable exchange market.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Lead the sales team in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals to meet revenue targets.Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategies.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.Requirements:Proven track record of success in sales and business development within deliverable FX.Strong understanding of the foreign exchange market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving ambitious targets in a fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.Competitive salary package dependent on experience.
