Who are you?
As our Head of Business Analytics you will oversee the strategic utilisation of data insights to drive informed decision-making and optimise operational performance within the organisation.
Reporting into the COO, your journey will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics strategy to support the organisation's business objectives alongside with managing and leading a team of data analysts
You will be a/have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.
Capability to deliver complex projects.
Responsibilities:
Implement strategic plans for operations and financial reporting aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the design and maintenance of operational reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Develop strong forecasting models to deliver timely and precise financial predictions, considering market trends and the dynamics of the business environment.
Lead and develop a team of analysts focusing on pricing and quality analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise pricing strategies and operational efficiency.
Present essential financial indicators, trends, and evaluations to the Executive Team
Define key performance metrics and benchmarks, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
Be committed to maintaining our ISO27001 certification and set high standards for Information Security compliance.
