Description:
This newly created role reports to the Infrastructure Director. This role is responsible for leading the Infrastructure Maintenance Services (Civils), and Plant & Distribution Teams, in all aspects of planned & reactive maintenance, repair, rectification, and inspection in accordance with Nexus’ technical and safety standards.
It is essential the post holder has the required technical and safety knowledge and experience but in addition, the successful person must be able to demonstrate values and behaviours that prioritise dignity and respect alongside promoting equality, diversity and inclusion within our workforce.
We are looking for an experienced leader who will methodically and professionally guide their teams to work to their full potential.
