We are looking for an inspired Head of Brand who will be responsible for spearheading our brand evolution, fostering lasting affiliations and building equity in the hearts of our audience.
You’ll be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with our creative, commercial and communications teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives.
As a Head of Brand, you will be responsible for:
Brand Evolution Strategy: Craft and implement a forward-thinking brand development strategy that elevates Williams Racing presence in the motorsport landscape.
Articulate the brand’s unique value proposition and positioning in the market.
Brand Affiliation: Develop initiatives that create emotional connections with our audience, building a community of dedicated fans and enthusiasts.
Creative Leadership: Lead a talented team of creative designers to translate strategic brand goals into visually compelling and emotionally resonant creative expressions.
Storytelling: Shape and communicate the narrative of Williams Racing, ensuring consistency and resonance across all brand touchpoints.
Brand Equity Building: Implement strategies to enhance and protect the Williams Racing brand, fostering trust, loyalty, and positive associations.
Collaborative Innovation: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies into product launches, partnerships, and overall business initiatives.
Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform brand development strategies.
The Ideal Head Of Brand Will
Have 10+ years of experience in brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Have experience in the sports and entertainment industry.
Proven experience in developing and executing transformative brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
Have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
Have strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage cross functional, high-performing teams.
Have excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
A deep understanding of brand architecture, with the ability to create and implement strategies that enhance brand equity.
Proficient in leveraging consumer insights to inform brand development, creating experiences that resonate on a personal level.
Inspire and guide the creative design team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Strong communication skills to articulate brand strategies, gain buy-in, and collaborate seamlessly across departments.
Additional, The Head Of Brand Will Lead Success
Train, lead and coach team members to optimise performance through continual conversation, active listening and skilled questioning approach.
Set targeted performance and personal objectives that align with business goals.
Report on team’s performance, proactively address performance concerns and formulate a clear plan for improvement.
Motivate and drive focus within the team to exceed targets by articulating the vision into practical solutions at team level.

The Williams Group is based in multi acre complex located in Grove, Oxfordshire. The Williams Group offers a competitive holiday package, staff events/open days, a subsidised restaurant on site and various car schemes.
