So if you want to move your career forward we'd love to hear from you!Our marketing team is looking for a Head of Brand to lead on our brand strategy and development efforts across the UK and our EU markets. This role will appeal to people who like to be commercial accountable and see the brand and performance disciplines of marketing as more similar than different in their goals, as well as those that like to out think rather than outspend the competition.What you'll be doing:Define and develop our company brand strategy and guidelines across all areas of the business: consumer, transport providers, B2B and employer brandCreate and deliver creative and inspiring seasonal campaigns that cut across all marketing channels and target the right audienceInvest and own our earned and offline channels (like direct mailers, van wraps, PR, social, review sites, and influencers etc) to find ways to effectively make our marketing pounds work disproportionately hardWorking closely with our finance, data and analytics teams, ensure that all brand activities and investments are measurable against incremental revenueManage a small team of content writers and designers to deliver the above and create content and assets that helps lift all channel improve their performances, from web and SEO pages, physical collateral, digital ads, CRM templates etcSkills and experience you'll need to be successful in the role: Experience with direct-to-consumer tech businessesDeep knowledge of measuring brand impacts against revenue and commercial goalsCollaborative and influential, you can gain buy-in from, and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across technology and business operationsExcellent communication skill, you are articulate and can explain complex subjects in simple termsHighly commercial, are able to measure and understand the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generationDE&IIn our pursuit of fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, we invite individuals from all backgrounds to join us in our mission. Working PatternsWe are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides - all our roles require regular time in our office in Hammersmith. We do not offer fully remote roles but we support hybrid working wherever possible (3 days in office, 2 days from home). However, to meet the needs of our customers and business operations many of our Operational and Commercial roles are fully office based.
