You will be responsible for:

  • Setting the strategic direction for the business
  • Ensuring calendars and objectives are developed for the brand

  • Working closely with other departments to ensure a unified brand message.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector - challenger brands are of interest
  • Demonstrable knowledge of trade marketing
  • Have experience of Direct to consumer
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing techniques and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
