Job DescriptionThe salary of up to £120,000.We're in search of a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to spearhead our SaaS client's marketing initiatives, spanning both internal and external channels. As the primary architect of their brand narrative, you'll craft and implement comprehensive communication strategies tailored to their target audience, fostering engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with company objectives.Oversee both internal and external communication channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Lead PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and manage media relations.Drive content strategy and creation across various platforms, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all touchpoints.Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.Manage budgets, resources, and external agency relationships effectively.Qualifications:Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies in SaaS organisationExtensive experience in PR, internal and external communications, content development, and other areas of marketing.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
