Fuse is actively seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Billing and Settlement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the billing and settlement processes, ensuring seamless customer experiences and adherence to industry standards.Fuse's mission is to build a terawatt of renewable capacity to power the world. We've raised $78m from top tier investors like Balderton, Lakestar, Accel, Creandum, Lowercarbon, and Ribbit. Fuse's founders are Alan Chang, ex-CRO of Revolut, and Charles Orr, who led strategy at Revolut before joining Mosaic Ventures.Responsibilities: Streamline and enhance the end-to-end customer billing experience, from initial methodology development to execution and ongoing support. Lead efforts to manage the company's settlement outcomes, ensuring alignment with our innovative tariff structures and maximizing revenue. Collaborate closely with our Trading and Finance teams to maintain alignment across all departments, enabling efficient and accurate billing and settlement processes. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Electricity Industry and its associated processes, with a specific focus on settlements, tariffs, and regulatory requirements. Drive the company's transition and compliance with all industry procedures, including Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement, ensuring Fuse remains at the forefront of industry best practices.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within the industry, with a proven track record of success in billing and settlement roles. Up-to-date knowledge of upcoming industry requirements and procedures.
