Head of Bid Management

Key Responsibilities:
Advancing premium sales prospects aligned with the business strategy to achieve pipeline and sales objectives
Formulating and implementing a strategic approach for customer account management, rallying the broader organization to support crucial accounts
Facilitating discussions on strategic partnerships, including fostering EPC delivery connection
Overseeing the leadership and supervision of sales teams across global regions
Guiding the sales team in their handling of proposals and bids to guarantee high-caliber responses that fulfill customer needs
Overseeing the technical and commercial negotiations necessary to finalize the sale of a sophisticated industrial product in accordance with technical and commercial risk tolerance
Key Expereince required:
Experience in new business wins and tender management, possesing proven expereince in relevant industrial markets.
Working knowledge of large-scale EPC contracts
Leadership expereince.
