Principal Consultant | Asset Management & InvestmentYour next roleIt’s time for the next step.You’ve earned it.Oyster have been retained by a leading Retail Investor, with a sizeable and rapidly growing portfolio across the UK.Following a significant number of recent acquisitions, they are now looking to hire a Head of Asset Management to focus exclusively on Shopping Centre mandates in their portfolio.Key to this role will be someone who has a strong track record of Asset Management on Shopping Centres nationwide.Main responsibilities:· Strategic oversight and Asset Management leadership for a portfolio of Shopping Centres.· Identifying, appraising, and executing active management opportunities including development and refurbishment projects.· Creating and executing business plans, budgets and cashflows.· Oversight and management of a team carrying out L&T work including lease re-gearing, renewals & rent reviews.· Building and maintaining relationships with key Retailers nationwide.Key Requirements:· 10 years + Shopping Centre Asset Management experience in the UK.· Significant network of contacts within the Retail space.· Market leading Retail sector knowledge.This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most successful and acquisitive UK-based Retail Investors at a time of significant growth.We would like to attract talent from all corners of the Property world for this role.
