Location: Walsall, West Midlands (with some travel to London) OR Lambeth, London (with some travel to Walsall). Able to get to both locations. Hybrid working.
This role entails managing and leading the Asset Management team whilst upholding Watmos values to cultivate a positive culture for all staff and residents, thereby positively transforming Watmos Communities. You will be pivotal in developing the Watmos Asset Management Strategy and Net Zero Carbon Strategy, ensuring full compliance with Decent Homes and Net Zero Carbon targets.
To excel you must proficiently oversee the Asset Management database, effectively lead on strategic asset planning and successfully procure and deliver on the organisation’s stock investment programmes, day to day repairs, cyclical maintenance, voids service and new build developments.
Dedication to robust contract management with a focus on performance, quality and value for money are essential along with the ability to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through Tenant Satisfaction Measures. Additionally, you will establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely provision of high quality reporting and communication.
Job Purpose:
Manage and lead the Asset Management team. As a Senior Manager demonstrate Watmos values ensuring a positive culture for all staff and residents to positively transform Watmos Communities.
Develop the Watmos Asset Management Strategy, Net Zero Carbon Strategy ensuring full regulatory compliance with Decent Homes and Net Zero Carbon targets .
Effective management of the Asset Management database to programme works, forecast expenditure, produce reports, analyse data and run scenario plans to maximise financial performance.
Effectively lead on strategic asset planning and successful procurement and delivery of the organisation’s stock investment programmes, day to day repairs, cyclical maintenance, voids service and new build developments.
Ensure robust contract management focusing on performance, quality and value for money.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
Form and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that high quality reporting and communications are provided when required.
