With a £59 million turnover in 2022, we are a very large Further Education institution with a significant Higher Education presence and degree awarding powers.This exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage the further education curriculum areas of Enterprise (Business and Travel & Tourism) and Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, and Mechatronics)In this role, you will work with the curriculum teams to drive improvement in the quality of teaching and learning and the overall student experience. You will provide operational and tactical leadership for the area in accordance with the Partnership’s overall curriculum strategy, including the introduction of new provision and the ongoing development of existing provision.You will be educated to degree/ higher level qualification level and it would be desirable that the successful candidate holds a teaching qualification. You will hold an appropriate qualification in Management/Education or be willing to work towards.With a focus on the area becoming the lead in renewable technology, you will have significant experience in the field of Renewables and in the planning and implementation of projects. You should also be able to demonstrate proven experience of leading a team to achieve good to outstanding success rates and achieving outstanding outcomes for learners. What we offer
